General Agreement

By renting a vehicle from Kingsway Luxury Cars, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms form a legally binding agreement between the renter and Kingsway Luxury Cars.

Eligibility

  • The renter must be at least [minimum age] years old.
  • A valid driver’s license, issued at least [X] months/years prior to the rental date, must be presented at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment

Vehicle Use

  • The renter is prohibited from using the vehicle for:
    • Racing, speed tests, or competitions.
    • Transporting illegal goods or substances.
    • Subletting or lending to unauthorized drivers.
  • The renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is operated within the laws of the region.

Insurance and Liability

  • Basic insurance is included with every rental, covering third-party liabilities.
  • The renter may opt for additional insurance coverage at an extra cost.
  • The renter is liable for:
    • Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse.
    • Traffic violations, parking tickets, and toll charges incurred during the rental period.

Fuel Policy

  • The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition.
  • Refueling charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at the start of the rental.

Return Policy

  • Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges.
  • Any damage to the vehicle must be reported upon return.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made [X hours/days] before the rental start date may be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the rental period begins.

Breakdown and Emergency Assistance
